The Frolic uses high-precision heating technology to deliver a smooth, natural dynamic heating curve. Like all precision electronics, in rare cases, severe physical shocks—such as accidental drops—can disrupt the internal temperature management.
• When the TCR malfunctions, the screen will display "DEVICE TOO HOT": Stop using the device immediately. This means the TCR setting needs a recalibration. Contact our support team right away, and we will assist you in recalibrating the device. Do not try to fix or use the device yourself.
• Important Warning: If you ignore this warning and keep using the device, repeated overheating will eventually physically damage the heating element, triggering a "CHECK HEATER" screen error. When this happens, the device can’t be repaired remotely and will need to be sent to us for repair.
Warranty Notice: Damaging the heater by continuing to use an overheated unit is considered user misuse and is not covered under warranty. Stop using it immediately at the first DEVICE TOO HOT warning, contact support, and keep your warranty protected by doing so!
